    The Bright Breathing Concept:
    Bright Breathing encourages deep abdominal breathing for the whole body. This is a movement and breathing system that promotes general well-being.
    This program is particularly useful for those who have limited mobility or who have trouble performing strenuous exercise. The results experienced include whole body toning and awakening, plus an overall energizing effect. The program can also be used prior to rigorous workouts for an intensive warm up.
    However you use Bright Breathing the gradual movements and postures when combined encourage a marvelous and noticeable feeling. The system can be completed either in the "seated" or "full-mobility" programs. Each incorporate a blend of gentle abdominal breathing, resistance training, calisthenics postures and balance work.
    It is recommended that participants observe and learn the Bright Breathing technique before beginning the"full-mobility" program.
    Bright Breathing should not be viewed as an exercise system that produces weight loss, but instead a program that emphasizes whole body toning and wellness.
